LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Golden Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDEN) (“Golden Entertainment” or the “Company”) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.Consolidated ResultsThe Company reported fourth quarter 2025 revenues of $155.6 million, compared to revenues of $164.2 million for the fourth quarter of 2024. Net loss for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $8.5 million, or $(0.33) per share, compared to net income of $3.0 million, or $0.10 per fully diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024. Fourth quarter 2025 Adjusted EBITDA was $33.5 million, compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $39.2 million for the fourth quarter of 2024.The Company reported full year 2025 revenues of $634.9 million, compared to revenues of $666.8 million for 2024.
