Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights Net revenue increased by 8.6% year-over-year (“Y-o-Y”) to RMB2,921.7 million (US$417.8 million) in the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q2024: RMB2,690.7 million).Net loss1 was RMB462.8 million (US$66.2 million) in the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q2024: RMB173.4 million).Net loss margin was 15.8% in the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q2024: 6.5%).Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased by 5.2% Y-o-Y to RMB1,365.6 million (US$195.3 million) in the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q2024: RMB1,297.7 million).
