SAN RAMON, Calif., March 05, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDYN) ("Grid Dynamics" or the "Company"), a leader in enterprise-level artificial intelligence and digital transformation, today announced its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Revenue Performance We are pleased to report record fourth-quarter 2025 revenues of $106.2 million, slightly above the midpoint of our guidance range of $105.0 to $107.0 million provided in October 2025. This represents a 5.9% increase year-over-year. For the full year 2025, the Company achieved record revenues of $411.8 million, an increase of 17.5%, compared to $350.6 million in 2024. Our Technology, Media and Telecom ("TMT") vertical represented 28.3% of fourth-quarter and 26.1% of full-year revenues and was the key growth driver for the quarter, with revenues increasing 5.3% sequentially and 27.5% year-over-year.
