(Nasdaq: GDYN) (“Grid Dynamics” or the “Company”), a leader in enterprise-level AI and digital transformation, today announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.We are pleased to report third quarter 2025 revenues of $104.2 million. This is within our outlook of $103.0 million to $105.0 million that we provided in July 2025. On a sequential and year-over-year basis this represents growth of 3.0% and 19.1%, respectively.Retail remained our largest vertical, contributing 27.8% of total revenues in the third quarter of 2025. The Technology, Media and Telecom (“TMT”) vertical surpassed Finance for the first time since the fourth quarter of 2024, becoming our second largest vertical.
