Turner Construction Company has appointed Dawn Paquette as Chief Information Officer, bringing in a seasoned technology executive with more than three decades of experience leading large scale information systems organizations. Founded in 1902 and headquartered in New York, Turner Construction is the largest contractor in the United States, with operations spanning more than 20 countries. The company reported approximately $29 billion in revenue in 2025, reflecting continued growth driven by demand for complex projects across sectors such as healthcare, data centers and infrastructure. Paquette joins Turner following a senior leadership role at GE Aerospace, where she served as Chief Information Officer supporting multiple business units.
