Since the beginning of the year, its shares are down about 45%. Sadly, despite some good management moves, I see four reasons that GE stock has not bottomed out.If GE exceeds low expectations and raises its forecast for the current quarter when it reports earnings on April 29, its stock will surely rise.But given what I expect to be the power of those four negative forces on its performance and prospects, I would not be surprised if GE simply withdraws its guidance.Despite the short-term pain GE shareholders will suffer, I
