Copper Sun , the first fine-dining restaurant from mega-chain Happy Lamb Hot Pot , will open at The District at Resorts World Las Vegas this summer. Copper Sun will offer a high-end hot-pot experience centered around its signature eight-hour bone-marrow broth that guests will enjoy as they swish around premium cuts of lamb and other proteins. There will also be a cocktail menu with drinks inspired by the Asian ingredients in the restaurant's herbal soup. Happy Lamb is a rapidly growing international brand that serves inner-Mongolian hot pot at more than 100 locations in 11 countries.
