(“Healthy Extracts”) today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) formalising a strategic partnership designed to accelerate the commercial rollout of next-generation gel-based nutraceutical products. The collaboration builds on Healthy Extracts’ prior purchases of Gelteq-formulated products and marks the first phase of a long-term plan to bring Gelteq’s proprietary gel delivery technology to large-scale US manufacturing and global distribution.
