Campbell joined the business in March 2025 as senior vice-president and chief commercial officer for Heydude. As brand president, he will oversee product, marketing and commercial go-to-market functions. He will become part of Crocs' executive leadership team and report to its CEO Andrew Rees. Rees stated: "Rupert has proven to be an instrumental part of the Heydude leadership team, driving global strategy and execution end-to-end across all parts of our Heydude business.
