NEW YORK,--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Griffon Corporation (“Griffon” or the “Company”) (NYSE:GFF) today reported results for the fiscal 2026 first quarter ended December 31, 2025.Revenue for the first quarter totaled $649.1 million, a 3% increase compared to $632.4 million in the prior year quarter.Net income totaled $64.4 million, or $1.41 per share, compared to $70.9 million, or $1.49 per share, in the prior year quarter. Excluding all items that affect comparability from both periods, adjusted net income (a non-GAAP measure) was $66.3 million, or $1.45 per share, in the current year quarter compared to $65.9 million, or $1.39 per share, in the prior year quarter.
