(pasta sides), Eagle Brand ® Sweetened Condensed Milk, Popcorn Indiana and Cretors—is marking a major milestone as it celebrates its tenth anniversary. The company was founded in 2015 by Kelso & Co. acquiring businesses from J.M. Smuckers, including Eagle Brand ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and Evaporated Milk, Magnolia ® Sweetened Condensed Milk, PET ® Milk and Milnot Evaporated Milk. In 2017, Eagle Foods expanded its platform with the addition of Popcorn Indiana and G.H. Cretors popcorn brands, followed by the 2022 acquisition of Hamburger Helper and Suddenly! from General Mills.
