General Mills, Inc. GIS reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results, wherein both the top and bottom lines missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate. Both net sales and earnings experienced year-over-year declines. The company posted adjusted earnings of 64 cents per share, which missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 74 cents. The bottom line also declined 37% year over year on a constant-currency (cc) basis, attributed to reduced adjusted operating profit and increased adjusted effective tax rate.
