Golar LNG Limited (NASDAQ:GLNG) surged by 22.6 percent week-on-week, as investors piled funds into energy stocks on expectations that they would largely benefit from the ongoing tensions in the Middle East. The stock rallied alongside its counterparts amid the ongoing tensions in the Middle East that continued to propel higher natural gas prices and disrupt supply.
