backlog (pre-commodity/inflation), expecting adjusted EBITDA to rise to about $800 million once the fleet is fully delivered and operating on long-term contracts (Hilli/Mark II scheduled into 2027–2028). Operationally, the Hilli achieved 100% economic uptime with modest overproduction and Gimi is producing above contracted volumes, while the company reported year revenues up 52% to $394 million and declared a $0.25 quarterly dividend alongside continued share buybacks. Golar completed $1.7 billion of financings in Q4 (a $1.2 billion Gimi bank refinancing and a $500 million five-year bond at 7.5%), ended the year with $1.2 billion cash and $1.5 billion net debt, and expects net leverage to decline to just over 3.4x by 2028 with material additional financing headroom for Hilli and Mark II.
