RYE, N.Y., Nov. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Trustees of The Gabelli Global Utility & Income Trust (NYSE American: GLU) (the “Fund”) increased the annual distribution 10% to $1.32 per share, which will be paid $0.11 per share monthly, commencing with the January 2026 monthly distribution. The increase reflects the strength of the Fund’s NAV total return of 31% year to date. The Board of Trustees approved the continuation of its policy of paying monthly cash distributions. The Board of Trustees declared cash distributions of $0.11 per share for each of January, February, and March 2026.
