BOSTON, Jan. 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc. (“Monte Rosa”) (Nasdaq: GLUE), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel molecular glue degrader (MGD)-based medicines, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $200.0 million of shares of its common stock and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of common stock. All of the shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of common stock in the proposed offering are to be sold by Monte Rosa. Monte Rosa also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $30.0 million of shares of its common stock.
