LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Galaxy Digital (“Galaxy” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: GLXY) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Galaxy reported its Q4 and full year 2025 financial results on February 3, 2026. The Company reported a net loss of $482 million for the quarter, which missed analyst estimates.
