Former Galaxy Gaming Majority Shareholder Is Not Going Quietly Summary Former majority shareholder Robert Saucier attempted a proxy battle at Galaxy Gaming but was shut down for not filing in time. The ongoing litigation with Mr. Saucier is a near-term headwind. Galaxy has a strong legal argument for redeeming Mr. Saucier's shares and should ultimately prevail. Proxy Battle Late on the first Friday in August, a OTCQB:GLXZ By definition, a proxy battle is a mudslinging contest. It is always interesting to see the dissenting shareholder arguments for change.
