The Company’s consolidated financial statements, including GAAP and non-GAAP results, are below. The Company’s Form 10-K and supplemental information can be found at https://investor.gamestop.com.FOURTH QUARTER OVERVIEWNet sales were $1.104 billion for the fourth quarter, compared to $1.283 billion in the prior year's fourth quarter.Selling, general and administrative (“SG&A”) expenses were $241.5 million for the fourth quarter, compared to $282.5 million in the prior year's fourth quarter.Operating income was $135.2 million for the fourth quarter, compared to $79.8 million in the prior year's fourth quarter.Excluding impairment and other items, adjusted operating income was $147.7 million for the fourth quarter, compared to $84.4 million in the prior year's fourth quarter.Net income was $127.9 m
