solutions provider engaged in virtual content production and the development of 3D digital assets for use in the broader digital content industry, today announced that it has closed its previously announced private placement financing on December 18, 2025, for gross proceeds of approximately US$4.8 million, before deducting professional fees and other offering expenses. As previously disclosed, on December 5, 2025, the Company entered into securities purchase agreements with certain investors pursuant to which such investors purchased an aggregate of 15,000,000 Class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.00003 per share, at a purchase price of US$0.31875 per share. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, product development, and the continued build-out and expansion of its AI-powered technology platforms and related infrastructure.
