MIRAMAR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (www.generex.com) (OTCQB:GNBT) (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNBT/quote) today announced that it has completed the second and final tranche of the acquisition of operating assets from Veneto Holdings, L.L.C. (“Veneto”), a private company, and certain of its affiliated entities (collectively, the “Veneto Group”). The Veneto Group provides specialty pharmacy services and products including surgical products and services, diagnostic testing for screening human blood, urine and/or saliva samples for the presence of narcotics, medications, alcohol and other drugs and substances, durable medical equipment services, and ancillary healthcare services such as management services for its businesses.
