WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Jan. 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Genelux Corporation (“Genelux”) (Nasdaq: GNLX), a late clinical-stage immuno-oncology company, today announced that it has commenced a proposed underwritten public offering of its common stock. In addition, Genelux expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock sold in connection with the proposed offering. All shares are being offered by Genelux.
