Gogo is shifting from an ATG-focused business to a multi-orbit connectivity provider, expecting combined Galileo and 5G shipments to exceed 1,000 units in 2026 , with a pipeline of 1,000 aircraft and targets of nearly 900 Galileo antennas shipped and roughly 700 installed by end-2026 while 5G activations ramp through the year. Q4 results included $231 million in revenue (service revenue $192 million, +61% YoY) and equipment revenue of $39 million, and management guided 2026 revenue of $905–945M, Adjusted EBITDA $198–218M, and free cash flow $90–110M , with net leverage around 3.3x. ATG modernization—supported largely by FCC reimbursement —should accelerate Classic-to-AVANCE/C1 upgrades (Classic aircraft expected to reach zero by Q4 2026), and OEM/ fleet momentum (VistaJet, NetJets, line-fit wins) underpins expected scale for Galileo deployments.
