Sidra Qasim, Co-founder of AtomsSilicon Valley’s favorite everyday shoe startuphas been donating shoes to healthcare workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic, but wanted to do more. The small Brooklyn-based company recently shifted production resources toward making face masks to further help. Atoms recently launched theAtoms Everyday Mask, a comfortable non-medical face mask that is hand-washable up to 30 times.The startup shared they are not planning to make a profit from mask sales, and have priced the mask at $10 to cover the costs so they can continue to make masks at scale. Atoms will donate one mask for every mask sold.
