Google Cloud said Tuesday it is committing $750 million in new funding to help partners build, test, and deploy agentic AI products, expanding a push that is increasingly running through its global partner network rather than only through direct enterprise sales. The fund is aimed at Google Cloud's 120,000-member partner ecosystem and will support global consulting firms, systems integrators, software partners, and channel partners working with joint customers on agentic AI projects. The size of the commitment says something about where the competition is moving. Agentic AI is no longer being framed just as a model story or a product demo cycle. The next phase is increasingly about implementation at enterprise scale, which means the firms that can identify use cases, prototype quickly, solve technical bottlenecks, and deploy into real workflows are becoming just as important as the models themselves.
