and distributor of purpose-built, all-electric, zero-emission medium and heavy-duty vehicles serving the cargo and delivery market, shuttle and transit space and school bus sector, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering in the United States (the "Offering"). The Offering consists of common shares and warrants to purchase common shares and is subject to market conditions. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed, or as to the actual size, pricing or other terms of the Offering. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 5 percent of the number of common shares and/or warrants offered in the Offering. Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the Offering.
