Earnings came in in line on GAAP and a penny under on Core EPS. That's rounding error differences. Don't focus too much on the consensus estimates - the estimates were poorly done. If analysts were right on net interest income, they would've been wrong on EPS. Granite Point's best accomplishment for the quarter was increasing leverage to the bottom of our optimal range.
