The membership will enable the company's clients to start offering Wero, EPI's pan-European instant payment solution, over the coming months. The move will allow Global Payments clients to accept Wero payments across Europe. The company stated that this will give consumers more choice and flexibility at checkout. It also positioned the initiative as part of its wider effort to expand payment acceptance capabilities in Europe and deliver new solutions for clients. Global Payments Enterprise Product head James Fry said: “Consumers increasingly expect flexibility at checkout.
