Sign Up Hyperscale Data ( GPUS issued 2026 revenue guidance of $180M to $200M, projecting 80–100% Y/Y growth from preliminary 2025 revenue of about $100M, r eflecting continued scaling of its AI infrastructure and data center operations. The management expects Ballista Group, which emerged from bankruptcy in Q4 2025, to contribute ~$40M in 2026, compared to $3.2M in Q4. In total, the management anticipates that the new initiatives will generate between $24M and $44M in revenue in 2026. Its licensed lending subsidiary, Ault Lending, also increased its activity, which is currently expected to add between $20M-30M in revenue in 2026, of which ~$10M is expected to be recognized during the current quarter ending March 31, 2026. The stock price moved almost 3% higher on Wednesday during pre-market trade.
