First Quarter 2025 Highlights Net sales of $163.9 million increased 2.9%, or $4.7 million, compared to the first quarter of 2024 First quarter net income was $12.1 million, or $0.46 per share, compared to net income of $7.9 million, or $0.30 per share, for the first quarter of 2024 Adjusted EBITDA of $29.7 million for the first quarter of 2025 increased $1.5 million, or 5.3%, from $28.2 million for the first quarter of 2024 Total debt decreased $14.6 million during the quarter Net sales for the first quarter of 2025 were $163.9 million compared to net sales of $159.3 million for the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 2.9% or $4.7 million. Sales increased $1.8 million in the municipal market and $3.2 million in the repair market due to water and wastewater projects related to increased infrastructure investment.
