MANSFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE: GRC) reports financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025.Fourth Quarter 2025 HighlightsNet sales of $166.6 million increased 2.4%, or $3.9 million, compared to the fourth quarter of 2024Net income was $13.7 million, or $0.52 per share, compared to net income of $11.0 million, or $0.42 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2024Adjusted earnings per share1 for the fourth quarter of 2025 and 2024 were $0.55 and $0.42, respectivelyIncoming orders of $178.2 million increased 9.2%, or $15.1 million, compared to the fourth quarter of 2024Net sales for the fourth quarter of 2025 were $166.6 million compared to net sales of $162.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2024, an increase of 2.4% or $3.9 million.
