Both oil futures are trading over $105 per barrel, as the national average for gas is now $4.30, according to AAA, jumping 30 cents in just one week. Video Transcript Speaker A As you said, right now, national average, $4.30 a gallon. A week ago, that was just over $4. That is a 30-cent jump in a week, which you do not see in the US gasoline market. You just don't see a jump like that.
