Speaker B Yeah, right now what we're seeing is Ed Yardeni of Yardeni Research predicting that there's a 20% chance for a market melt up, a 20% chance for a market meltdown, and a 60% chance that we'll continue to see that roaring 20s scenario. Speaker B The word melt-up, this this hype among investors right now, that fear of missing out is causing such momentum within the markets right now. And the word melt-up was in so many different analyst strategist notes across Wall Street this morning and over the weekend. Speaker B And largely what we're seeing is because there's this consensus about the momentum that we're seeing as Tom noted within earnings estimates.
