Analyst Jason Gursky noted the company is likely to now have sufficient liquidity to execute on its current backlog, to develop new products, and to engage in bolt-on M&A. He sees the new U.S. government contract as positive proof point that customer adoption of the company's products is beginning to accelerate. Our target price of $6 is derived using a recent transaction multiple of 3.6x set against our 2026 revenue estimate. In particular, Citi pointed to improved liquidity for RKLB after the company recently raised roughly $300M in net proceeds through a convert and subsequent covered call transaction. Funds are expected to be used to reduce other indebtedness by $40M and for general corporate purposes, including product development, CapEx, and M&A. Of note, Citi anticipates M&A activity for RKLB will accelerate with the recent influx of capital as the company further vertically integrates to improve the company's competitive positioning.
