NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: GSBD) announced today that it has priced an offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.650% notes due 2030 (the “2030 Notes”).
