DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Good Times Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq: GTIM), operator of the Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar and Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard restaurant brands, today reported financial results for the 2026 first fiscal quarter.Key highlights of the Company’s financial results include:Total Revenues for the quarter were $32.7 millionSame Store Sales1 for company-owned Bad Daddy’s restaurants decreased 1.2% for the quarter compared to the first quarter of fiscal 2025 and for Good Times restaurants decreased 3.1% for the quarter compared to the first quarter of fiscal 2025Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders was $0.2 million ($0.02 per share) for the quarterAdjusted EBITDA2 (a non-GAAP measure) was $1.3 million for the quarterThe Company ended the quarter with $3.3 million in cash and $1.8 million of long-term debtRyan M.
