WATSONVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Granite (NYSE:GVA) has begun construction of an approximately $138 million rehabilitation project, awarded by the Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) for the iconic Lake Street Bascule Bridge in Chicago, Illinois.
