New York, Jan. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Securities, LLC (“Univest”), a member of FINRA and SIPC, and a full-service investment bank and securities broker-dealer firm based in New York, today announced the closing of a registered direct offering (the “Offering”) of $1.4 million for its client Globavend Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GVH) (“Globavend” or the “Company”), an emerging e-commerce logistics provider. Under the terms of the securities purchase agreement, the Company has agreed to sell an aggregate of 889,359 of the Company’s ordinary shares or pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares in the Offering. The effective purchase price per ordinary share is $1.60. The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company were approximately $1.4 million. Univest Securities, LLC acted as the sole placement agent.
