PHOENIX, Nov. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Water Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: GWRS), a pure-play water resource management company, reported results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2025. Unless otherwise noted, all comparisons are to the corresponding period in the prior year. The company will hold a conference call at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time tomorrow to discuss the results (see dial-in information below). Financial Highlights Total revenue increased 8.4% to $15.5 million for the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same prior year period. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, total revenue increased 7.0% to $42.2 million compared to the same prior year period. The change in both periods was primarily due to the recent acquisition of seven water systems from Tucson Water, organic connection growth, and higher rates.Net income decreased to $1.7 million or $0.06 per share for the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same prior year period.
