GREENWICH, Conn., Nov. 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GXO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: GXO), the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, today announced the completion of its inaugural European bond offering, with its wholly owned subsidiary GXO Logistics Capital B.V. issuing €500m in senior unsecured notes (the “notes”). The notes will bear interest at a rate of 3.750% per annum payable annually, commencing November 24, 2026, and will mature on November 24, 2030. “The successful close of our first European bond offering is a milestone for GXO as an investment-grade issuer and underscores investor confidence in our business,” said Baris Oran, Chief Financial Officer, GXO. “By securing €500m on competitive terms and using the proceeds to refinance upcoming maturities, we are strengthening our balance sheet and positioning GXO for long-term growth.” Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs & Co.
