ST. JAMES, N.Y., Feb. 06, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gyrodyne, LLC (“Gyrodyne” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GYRO), an owner and manager of a diversified portfolio of real estate properties, today announced the commencement of the subscription period of its rights offering. As previously announced, the Company intends to raise up to $5 million in aggregate gross proceeds by way of a rights offering in which its existing shareholders as of the record date of January 29, 2024 will be granted rights to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Rights Offering”). The Company filed a registration statement (File No. 333-276312) (the “Registration Statement”) with respect to the proposed Rights Offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on December 29, 2023. In the Rights Offering, the Company will distribute to holders of Gyrodyne’s common shares non-transferable subscription rights to purchase up to an aggregate of 625,000 shares of common stock at
