LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC or “Hanmi”), the parent company of Hanmi Bank (the “Bank”), today reported financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025 and full year. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $21.2 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, compared with $22.1 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2025. The return on average assets for the fourth quarter of 2025 was 1.07% and the return on average equity was 10.14%, compared with a return on average assets of 1.12% and a return on average equity of 10.69% for the third quarter of 2025. For the full year of 2025, net income was $76.1 million, or $2.51 per diluted share, compared with $62.2 million, or $2.05 per diluted share, for 2024. The return on average assets for 2025 was 0.98% and the return on average equity was 9.32%, compared with a return on average assets and a return on average equity of 0.83% and 7.97%, respectively,
