LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC or “Hanmi”), the parent company of Hanmi Bank (the “Bank”), today reported financial results for the third quarter of 2025. Net income for the third quarter of 2025 was $22.1 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, compared with $15.1 million, or $0.50 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2025. The return on average assets for the third quarter of 2025 was 1.12% and the return on average equity was 10.69%, compared with a return on average assets of 0.79% and a return on average equity of 7.48% for the second quarter of 2025.
