FDA clears expanded use for Restoration Robotics' ARTAS; shares up 13% premarketThinly traded micro cap Restoration Robotics (NASDAQ:HAIR) is up13% premarket, albeit on only 200 shares, in response to itsannouncement that the FDA has granted 510(k) clearance to use its ARTAS Robotic Hair Restoration System for implanting hair follicles.
