(“Hallmark Financial” or “Company”) (NASDAQ: HALL), a specialty property and casualty insurance company, today announced that on September 15, 2020, Jeff Passmore, Chief Financial Officer, submitted his resignation. Mr. Passmore will remain with the Company through October 9, 2020, to facilitate an orderly transition.
