HARLEYSVILLE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harleysville Financial Corporation (OTCQX:HARL) reported today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.33 per share on the Company’s common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on November 12, 2025 to stockholders of record on October 29, 2025.Net income for the twelve months ended September 30, 2025 amounted to $9,534,000 or $2.61 per diluted share compared to $8,860,000 or $2.43 per diluted share for the twelve months ended September 30, 2024.Net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 amounted to $2,867,000 or $.77 per diluted share compared to $2,051,000 or $.56 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024.Commenting on the year-end operating results, President and Chief Executive Officer Brendan J.
