the “Company”), a leader in specialty activated carbon technologies for sustainable air and water treatment, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.40 per share, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $15.0 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with the Company's existing cash, for, among other things, continuing operating expenses, working capital and other general corporate purposes. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of common stock at the public offering price solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
