pleased to announce that it has filed its management information circular (the "Circular") and related proxy materials (the "Meeting Materials") for the special meeting of securityholders of the Company (the "Meeting") to be held in connection with the proposed plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") between the Company and Hudbay Minerals Inc. ("Hudbay") pursuant to the terms of a definitive arrangement agreement between the Company and Hudbay (the "Arrangement Agreement"), as previously announced on March 2, 2026.
