(NYSE: HCA) (the “Company”) announced a change in the format of its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) from in-person to virtual-only. In light of the recommendations to limit large group gatherings from each of the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and to support the health and well-being of our stockholders, employees and community due to the evolving impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Company will hold its Annual Meeting in a virtual meeting format only, via webcast.
