Adjusted EBITDA -- Adjusted EBITDA grew nearly 2%, while adjusted EBITDA margin declined by 50 basis points, reflecting higher operating expenses primarily from state supplemental payments and technology investments. Earnings per share -- Adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 11% compared to the prior-year quarter. Volume metrics -- Same-facility admissions increased 0.9%, equivalent admissions rose 1.3%, and emergency room visits climbed 0.3%. Inpatient surgeries fell 2.3%, and outpatient surgeries declined 1.7%.
